Make sure you set yourself time off so that you are relaxed. Even one evening a week can make a massive difference to how you feel.
Your Mind Races
If you are unable to concentrate on tasks or feel as though you’re always thinking about different things without being able to focus then you might be working too hard. You should be able to switch off from work and spend time away from thinking about what work tasks you should be doing. Set aside time to relax and make sure that you have time away from thinking about work, you’ll be thankful for it in the long run.
